Danny has a degree in Business Management from the university of Mangalore, Karnataka India and passionate about being a Social Entrepreneur, founded NGA Market Research in 2016. Creating jobs and empowering women for the people in the northeast region of India and giving them the platform to build their career and grow. Danny has 10+ years of experience on different mode of data collection in multiple industry sectors. He has hands on experience on end to end market research cycle, right from designing a study, data collection, processing and reporting in consumer, healthcare, financial research etc. He has moderated more than 1000 interviews for qualitative studies in different industry sectors in his early part of the career for the clients like AC Nielsen, Merrill Lynch, and Caterpillar etc. The last 5 years of his career before starting NGA, he was into global business development generating millions dollar revenue for a start up company where he spent 5 years. He was also into training new resources and projects delivery for the clients like IMS health, Frost & Sullivan, GFK etc. Danny is very passionate about data and building healthcare panel in different geographies. Charting out processes to eliminate all malpractices in the healthcare data collection industry. Right now he is building healthcare India online panel that will be the first official India online healthcare panel. He understood the quality issues facing by the industry for healthcare data collection work in some of the APAC markets and this has given him a strong reason to build an online healthcare panel in these regions. He is closely involved with all the project managers for all the projects done in NGA. Quality and transparency are priorities for NGA Market Research and jobs creation, empowering women come before profit for Danny.

Magesh has a Master in Computer Science from the Bharathidasan University of Tiruchirappalli, TamilNadu, India and is a trained SAS professional. Magesh has been in the Market Research Industry since 2006 and has specialized in Healthcare research. He has extensive experience in Survey Programming and International Project Management and delivered projects for market research agencies and pharmaceutical companies. He has experience in panel software development and building/management, added more than millions of panelist across the globe and handled their incentive payment on time through cheuqe system.
